Our story
When we first laid eyes on what is now ‘Tannorwood’ we knew straight away it was the place for us. A little piece of Australia including a stunning woodland with naturalised banksias, tea trees and an abundance of pollinators to go with it.
We had found our perfect patch.
Our blooms, edibles and plants are grown outdoors, holistically integrated with our land practicing permaculture principles. Our flowers are open pollinated by native bees, honeybees, butterflys, ladybugs and more. We are not your typical farming setup. You will find a patch or two that contain rows of flowers for cutting, as well as beautiful blooms in magical gardens settings.
As part of our mission to build a sustainable property for our little family of 3 we realised after trial and error with a few animal adventures that our true calling lay in following our passion of growing abundantly beautiful flowers, plants and delicious edibles. Tannorwood is a continuously evolving collection of our flora passions.
Everything we do is about showcasing the value and importance of connecting with nature in a sustainable way. We produce beautiful lovingly grown seasonal blooms for florists, designers, special occasions, businesses and the general public. We also hope our plant collections will inspire a passionate community of home gardeners to create sustainable, beautiful and colourful bloom filled and edible gardens.
We believe there is a reason you feel happiest when holding a bunch of freshly picked wild grown blooms using organic methods. These flowers vibrate life with high energy.

Our flowers are grown outdoors and we believe ‘naturally grown’ is part of their charm. We are dedicated to ensuring a an experience filled with natural beauty.
Seasonal + Australian Grown Floral Designs
Tannorwood is part of the ‘Slow Flower’ Movement. Our Farm Floral Design Studio works with sustainable and seasonal grown blooms sourced from our farm, and our partner farms within Australia. Blooms used in our floral design work reflect our deep respect for nature, honouring the beauty and abundance provided in our local area and the Australian Climates.
